Sr. Programmer Analyst
The firm is seeking a Sr. Programmer Analyst who will be responsible for the analysis, development, implementation, documentation and support of our internal software applications. Responsibilities will include identifying user requirements, document specifications for new and/or existing business application software as well as the participation in the architecture, software development, modification, testing and documentation of these applications. Your expertise of good software development practices will meet the needs of the firm's internal customers in this fast-paced, challenging software development and administrative environment.
To qualify, you will have a minimum of 6 years of solid experience as a Sr. Programmer Analyst with knowledge and experience focused on the implementation and support of software applications and data reporting methodology and strategy. Solid knowledge of C, C++, ASP .NET /VBScript, Web Services, Visual Basic, JavaScript, HTML/DHTML, XML, MS Suite, Crystal Reports, system administration for MSSQL, and Windows NT. Managing multiple projects throughout their life-cycle as well as strong planning, organizational, analytic, creative problem solving skills will be critical to your success. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience with financial and legal software is a plus. Bachelor's degree in a computer science or engineering discipline is required.
