As a Senior Network Engineer, you will be based in our headquarters in San Mateo, CA, although most days your actual work site will be somewhere between Palo Alto and San Jose at a client’s office. Your primary mission will be to provide complete client satisfaction via onsite visits, phone, and remote control tools. Your hands-on experience in network implementation and support will enable you to successfully define, design, and document network communications and solutions using a customer-centric approach. The ability to operate autonomously and take ownership of your projects will be essential, as you will often work under minimal supervision. You will be interacting externally with clients and internally with management, operations and project management teams, so effective communication skills are also crucial. Your success in this role will be measured by sky-high client retention rates and praise from customers and colleagues alike.
