Java Web Applications Developer
We are looking for an exceptional engineer to lead the development of our Java Web Applications that will serve as the portal to our service.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on UI design with interaction designers and artists
• Lead development of rich, browser-based app employing AJAX and JSP on the front end and J2EE on the back.
• Employ solid software engineering practices to ensure high-quality, maintainable/extensible code and predictable schedules.
• Contribute to the development of a top-flight engineering team and successful company
Desired qualifications:
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related field, and 5+ years proven experience developing compelling, easy-to-use, commercial Java-based web applications
• Familiarity with AJAX techniques for enabling rich interaction
• Familiarity with J2EE and state-of-the art in java-based web application development utilizing JSP/Servlets, JavaScript, Spring or Struts
• Experience working with SQL, RDBMS layer, Oracle (Hibernate) desired
• Smart, congenial, open-minded, productive team player
