Report directly to the Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations as his executive assistant. Responsible for providing administrative help to the sales and customer advocacy organization which currently exists of 38 team members worldwide (US: East/West, United Kingdom, EMEA, APAC, and our Financial Services Industry). Provide additional support to the marketing department and corporate business development as team player in planning major corporate events. Stand in the gap for other executive assistants by providing support to their VP’s and Directors.
