We are currently looking for a Senior Help Desk Technician to join our IT team.
Requirements:
-Broad experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows server and client operating systems, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Exchange and other networked applications
-Excellent skills in PC hardware and software deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting, including the use of Symantec Ghost and Prism Deploy and other standard tools
-Extensive experience supporting desktops, laptops, printers, PDAs, network equipment and storage / backup devices
-Experience in end-user support including problem tracking, resolution and excellent communication and customer service skills
-Experience in backup, anti-virus, anti-spam and other IT infrastructure applications
-Experience with Citrix, remote desktop, video conference and other remote access / WAN based technologies
-Experience with Track-It help desk software and networked accounting applications is a big plus.
