Sports Editor for a weekly community newspaper in need of prep photographers. Experience shooting sports is preferred but not required.
Perfect for high school and college students who want to build their portfolio or for someone who just loves taking photos.
Prep shoots will be in and around the East Bay: Oakland, Richmond, Berkeley (with occasional trips to Sacramento) two to three times a week, including some weekends. There will also be occasional opportunities to shoot professional sports.
There is no hourly pay but we will gladly reimburse for gas mileage or offer college credit if needed.
Requirements:
* Must have vehicle
* Some knowledge of sports
* Familiarity with the Bay Area
* Reliability and willing to work some weekends
