GreenPoint Mortgage, a leading employer in the North Bay, is seeking an experienced sous chef for its new 120-seat corporate dining facility in Novato. Working with the Corporate Dining Manager, the Sous Chef will create, plan, budget and execute menus including daily specials, hire / train kitchen staff, and manage all aspects of food preparation and presentation.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a chef or sous-chef, excellent cooking skills, high standards for customer service, a solid understanding of food costs, and a thorough knowledge of food safety regulations.
