I have a SONY NLS 4-Track Tape Format Cassette-Corder that I am selling. It is modified for the blind. Innovative Rehabilitation,Inc.
The model # is TCM-200DV,
But when I went to the website,
www.irti.net, I could not find that model number
but model #TTR-200 fits the description perfectly and looks just like it.
Its features include Variable Speed Control that can be adjusted up to 30% faster & 20% slower. 2 speed, 2 and 4-track, cue & review, built-in speaker & microphone, clear voice 2X REC TIME, measures 4"x3"x1" and weighs 6 ounces.
Runs on 2 AA batteries or 3V adapter, (not included.)
I am also including a case w/shoulder strap, which is PERFECT for taking along AND a decent head set, (the one that came with it was not very good.)
You can go to the web-site that I mentioned above to look at it. As you will see it retails for $104.95 and that is WITHOUT the carrying case & head phones.
I will sell everything for ONLY $50!!
It has not had much use, has been well taken care of and NEVER dropped. :)
I am sighted but have ADHD which makes it difficult for me to concentrate when trying to read. My doctor simply signed a form that I got form the visually and/or disabled library material in Sacramento. It was very simple and you can borrow audio books on tape for free! They have a great selection. You receive catalogs and check the ones you want sent, they send 3 or 4 at a time and after you finish them you turn the address label over, put it in your mail box and when they receive them they will send more, (one at a time or several at a time.) Kind of like Net Flicks for movies! It's very cool!
