Job Title: Software Engineer C++/.NET
Reports to: Director Engineering
Location: San Jose, CA
We need a Software Development Engineer who will work on Infonox’s Intelligent Device Management Platform. The primary focus of this role will be to work with other members of the Core Development team in certifying new financial devices, and supporting the current platform. You will be dealing with numerous financial peripherals involving point of sale terminals, biometric readers, printers, scanners, cash acceptors and dispensors, etc.
In this position you will have opportunity to work on existing as well as new devices and technologies.
Minimum Requirements:
Strong working knowledge of Visual C++6.0, Visual Studio.NET or Visual Studio 2005 (C#)
Strong working knowledge of ATL/COM/DCOM, XML/XSL
2+ years professional experience or equivalent in developing software for business/commercial applications
Strong working knowledge of MS Windows (threads, processes, messages, etc.)
Skilled in debugging
Education:
BSCS or equivalent; graduate degree a plus
Strongly Preferred
Experience in financial services technologies
