Ideal candidates will have expertise and interest in device driver development, BS/MS in CS or EE, and
five (5) or more years of experience in software development. Also required:
* Strong C/C++ skills
* In-depth, hands on experience in the development of Windows device drivers, Network Driver Interface Specification (NDIS), Windows driver installers, Windows Server 2003
* Knowledge of SAN, FC and/or iSCSI technologies, and Linux device driver development are a plus.
* Prior experience working through all phases of the development lifecycle from design and test to coding, testing, performance evaluation, troubleshooting, etc.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
* Ability to work well in a cross-functional team as well as independently.
* Results-oriented startup company environment requires ability to adapt to changing environment and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
