Job Description
Microtech is seeking a qualified software engineer to play a key role as a
member of its team, developing application and hardware solutions in the area
of optical disc storage (CD/DVD). You will also interact closely with the sales
and customer service teams to provide assistance and support as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Visual C++ programming experience.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Troubleshooting and technical support skills.
- Embedded processor programming with a RTOS a plus.
- You must be self-directed and results oriented.
- You must work well as a team member.
Skills
- Knowledge of or desire to understand optical disc formats.
- Hardware troubleshooting experience.
- Browser programming in Java, PHP, ASP, or Perl.
- Knowledge of SCSI/ATAPI multimedia command sets a plus.
- Embedded processor programming with a RTOS a plus.
