Sofa in average condition with good lines. Sofa has two tears at the corner of the back pillows that could be easily mended or sofa could be slip covered. It is in good structural condition otherwise. I bought the sofa about 9 or 10 years ago from the furniture store Storehouse. You will need to pick up sofa in the Cole Valley neighborhood of San Francisco.
