You must have:
* A thorough knowledge of all phases of Commercial renovation and retrofit work on a large scale.
* Basic ability to read blueprints.
* Perform all aspects of the remodeling process from rough framing to installing doors, windows, decks, siding and trim.
* Be able to work well and communicate with others.
* Pay attention to detail and love the challenges.
* Company supplies all power tools. You must have your own hand tools..
* Valid Drivers License a must.
