OBJECTIVE
I would like to be challenged to my full potential, utilizing all my skills, to be in an environment which keeps me on my toes. I have no problem with a career that would have me traveling around the country training, or within the state. Or even a position that keeps me in one place. As well something with never ending deadlines, goals and new levels to obtain in business; I love nothing more than growth and expansion. Reaching for new levels, expanding territories and taking my team to the top, is what I am all about.

I’ll give you an example of what I am not looking for:
A company recently asked me to oversee 3 departments of their company. They were Sales, Customer Service and Marketing; consisting of a total of 122 employees and managers. However they wanted me to expand their departments by 12 employees every year (a nice amount of growth). The however is they only wanted to pay me $55k a year, no benefits for my children, only a yearly bonus and I was to be available 24 hrs a day by cell phone (not a company paid cell phone either). As you can see being in the business yourself that these numbers are a bit unrealistic for the work that is involved.

An example of what I am looking for:
I am not greedy and I am not unrealistic in what I am looking for. I would like to make between $50k to $150K a year in salary. This depends on the overall benefits package, bonus structure and commissions compensation etc. As well taking into consideration of the size and scope of the department(s) or territory(ies) I would be in charge of. The amount of away time and distance away from home. I have no problem with a career that would have me traveling around the country training, or within the state. Or even a position that keeps me in one place. I am just looking for something that will allow me to afford to live and provide for my children.

Teams
In short I am known for coming into an existing environment assessing the situation and the key players. Feeling out everyone’s strengths and weaknesses (there are several different ways to come to the goal). I then implement the transition into a cohesive team and begin working on fine tuning the abilities of my players. I am also able to put a team together from scratch.

Aspects of the Team
To be determined by the team in which I am developing or am to create.

Incentives
I expect my players to work hard and in return I expect them to play hard. I have many proven ways of positive play. Personalized incentives are a good thing when the player is competing against themselves.

Bonuses
It has always been my philosophy that everyone bonuses or no one does. Individual bonuses as Incentives are a good thing; though if you wish to maintain a team you must treat them as a team where the whole team bonuses or not at all.

Overall
These are just a glimpse on how I run things.
A positive reinforcement is the way I like to handle things. Though there are things that I do not tolerate. Teams need tracking, continuous goals (reachable/obtainable goals), motivation, a vision, and an incentive to keep them fresh, a bonus to know the job was well done and reinforcement to continue.
