I just bought my first home about 5 months ago and unfortunately we're already having problems with the plumbing. I've had roto-rooter out and they told me it seems like there's an off-set in the pipe in front of the house, so when things can no longer go through it will create a backup and the pipe in front of the house will overflow. I assume I will need a camera put in the pipe and see what needs to be fixed. I'm now shopping around for plumbers as I have found some charge an outrageous amount and the insurance adjuster gave me a ballpark # as he thinks the rubber heard of the pipe is the problem. Please contact me if you can give me a free estimate and let me know if I should get the camera done first or if you can do that too. I will only return calls for free estimates as I can't afford to pay everyone to give me a quote, hope you understand.
