I am looking for shop space in or aropund the Benicia / Concord / Martinez / Vallejo area.
I restore Vintage Travel Trailers, small boats, etc.. on a Part Time basis. 1-2 days/week + once in a while evenings.
At a minimum I need about 300 to 400 sq' although 600 to 800 would be best. I have shop tools that I can share. I am prepared to barter or pay rent on a monthly basis.
