Responsibilities: Design, development, and test of:
A fast, relational cache engine
Distributed high-performance, real-time communication services and applications
Project management experience desirable
Range of desired professional experience:
Design, implementation, or test in several of the following areas:
Relational database internals
APIs interfacing to transport-layer network services
ACE+TAO libraries
Libraries to perform data-parsing functions
Distributed databases
Database administration tools
Gateway programs which make data accessible to a RDBMS client
System persistence layer; server tracking configurations and compliance
Languages and operating systems skills: C/C++, Unix, Windows, SQL, Java
