We are an award-winning, high-end residential design+build company, voted one of the "101 Best Companies to work for," and we are looking for a senior designer/salesperson to help us with a very healthy lead stream. You would identify qualified leads, guide clients through the design phase, collaborate with other designers, specifiers and CAD professionals, sell unique and interesting projects, and coordinate with our Production team to bring those projects to life.
Successful candidates need a minimum of 10 years' experience in designing and selling residential remodeling projects and have current product knowledge in cabinetry, lighting, fixtures, finishes, appliances, and flooring. The ability to produce schematic plans, sketches, and notes to efficiently transfer project information to the CAD department is essential, as is the ability to generate revenue to meet a set goal. Certifications (CKD, CBD, CID, etc.) or professional membership in ASID are highly desirable. Computer proficiency and demonstrated skill in using software such as Word and Excel will complete the necessary skillset.
You should also be a citizen or legal resident of the US and should have a drivers license.
