Sr. QA Engineer:
We are currently seeking an experienced software QA Engineer to join our tightly integrated, hands-on technical team developing cutting-edge patented application streaming technology for Windows. This position is instrumental in our software development lifecycle dedicated to developing new technologies, expanding the capabilities of our existing product and efficiently supporting our customers.
In this role, the Senior QA Engineer will work closely with our Director of Engineering and the development team to ensure the release of the highest quality products by developing, maintaining, and implementing test strategies, plans, procedures, and cases.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years experience in Software QA and product testing in a fast-paced, commercial software environment
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS administration and understanding of various productivity applications
• Strong software troubleshooting & software problem analysis skills
• Strong networking skills and experience working with network appliances (routers, switches, load balancers, etc.) and network utilities (firewalls, web servers, proxy servers, etc.)
• Extensive QA lab experience, especially with testing tools, imaging tools and automated testing execution
• Proven track record serving in key roles within software QA teams
• Proficient in creating test plans, test matrices and test cases
• Self starter, ability to work independently and within a team, a strong sense of urgency and go-getter attitude
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar field of studies
• Experience with Internet application protocols: IP, TCP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, LDAP, and NTLM is a plus
