Position: Senior Paralegal, Corporate and Intellectual Property: MySQL in Cupertino CA
Fast-growing, dynamic software company seeks highly motivated, intelligent and hard-working paralegal to work directly with General Counsel on corporate and IP matters central to the company’s success.
Successful candidate will have the ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and accept responsibility for his or her work. College degree, record of consistent achievement in law firm or corporate legal department, and experience with handling corporate secretary, stock option, or IP matters required. Practical knowledge of SEC or PTO procedures and filings a plus. Position will be based in Cupertino, CA where company’s general counsel, CFO and CEO are based.
