As a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist, you will help our clients define, execute, manage, track, and analyze their marketing campaigns. You will:

* Act as a liaison among campaign sponsors, strategy and planning teams, agencies, fulfillment vendors, and other internal and external stakeholders.
* Participate in cross-functional teams in support of marketing and campaign operations.
* Clarify and document campaign specifications.
* Analyze customer and prospect data and research 3rd-party lists.
* Provide guidance and recommendations on campaign targeting and audiences.
* Develop detailed list-selection criteria in support of targeting objectives.
* Setup and execute campaigns using CRM and campaign management applications such as E.piphany, Unica, and Siebel.
* Facilitate review and approval of campaign messaging and content.
* Adapt content developed by agencies into HTML format for email broadcasts.
* Work with third-party vendors, including agencies, list brokers, and fulfillment vendors.
* Produce campaign operations reports; assist in analysis of campaign performance and results.
* Manage Marketing Operations Specialist team members, including training, day-to-day guidance, monitoring work quality, and assigning projects.

This detail-oriented, hands-on role requires at least three years experience with direct marketing or e-marketing campaigns, including defining, project managing, and tracking campaigns. This should include at least one year of management responsibilities. A good understanding of the overall marketing process and especially demand generation and direct marketing is also required. Hands-on experience with campaign management or CRM applications such as E.piphany, Unica, and Siebel is a very strong plus. Familiarity with HTML is also desired. You must have demonstrable computer skills and aptitude, including proficiency with Microsoft Office software and database applications. In addition, you need to be a self-starter with excellent personal scheduling and communications skills. A four-year college degree is required.
