Developed Member Self Service 1.0, an upgrade to Blue Shield's customer portal, using ATG Dynamo 5.6.1 with Oracle database. Adapted the current login and registration process to use ATG profiling. Also developed an upgrade to the customer service administration functionality. Managed integration of work developed by outside sources with that developed in-house to ensure standardization and compatibility across components.
Lead developer for CBOP Administrator Application, which provided tools for administrators to manage producers, internal users and administrators.
Primary developer for Member Self Service 1.1, a project to add medical claims functionality to the customer portal. Developed functionality for users to view and search for their claims. Designed and developed a process for members to get email alerts for new claims, and subsequently view the details of these claims.
Worked on Provider Self Service, developing the Alpha Prefix Tool to help health care providers determine whether BlueCard claims should be sent to Blue Shield of California or Blue Cross of California.
Coordinated effort to diagnose and fix memory leak issues in MyLifePath.com.
