This position is responsible for support and maintenance of all computer systems, desktops and peripherals. Including installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading all hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal workstation performance.
This position is also responsible for training legal and non-legal personnel on a variety of firm-wide applications including Microsoft Office, BlackBerry, InterAction, Lotus Notes, CMS and DTE.
Additionally, this position will be responsible for effective and positive communication of all software and hardware upgrades/changes.
