RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare and construct business case analysis on new investment projects, including the development, deployment and implementation of new products and services. Prepare business case analyses and project forecasts to support Visa management and decision making, resource allocation, and strategy development. Initiatives will often involve systems and technology investments. Update and maintain consolidated forecast of investment project portfolio, and development recommendation for available funding for new investment proposals. Position will require frequent collaboration and interaction with all levels of Visa staff and management. Secondary job responsibilities: Plan and manage various ad hoc business, strategic, and financial analyses related to the enterprise level activities of the company.
REQUIREMENTS: The position requires 4 - 8 years of experience in developing and leading business case development efforts, preferably in a financial services or technology environment. Demonstrated expertise in creating complex financial models and communicating results of analysis and findings to guide strategic decisions and allocation of corporate resources. Experience with project management and budgeting / forecasting tools. Strong computer skills especially MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word). Cognos experience preferred. The successful candidate will have demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills, exceptional interpersonal skills and the proven ability to collaborate with all levels of staff and operate with a high degree of independence and initiative. A bachelor´s degree in Finance, Business or Economics is required, an MBA is preferred. Bankcard industry experience is desirable.
