How we work:
| |
Because we only take on the most challenging projects, the best people are always anxious to work
with us. Digiratti has a pool of over 150 professionals that we have worked with directly over the
past 12 years. When we bring on new professionals it is always by referral. We use top professionals
from around the world. We can mix domestic and offshore resources, and flex-staff the project
according to your needs, budget and timeline.
The skills are right, but can they work together as a team?
Staffing a project is not just a matter of having the right set of skills assembled. Bringing
together total strangers is too great of a risk. Having a team that has a proven ability to deliver
together is of tantamount importance!
Who takes ultimate responsibility for my project?
I personally spearhead your project and oversee it from start to finish. For smaller projects I am
the Architect, Technical Lead and Project Manager. For larger projects I am the Architect and
Technical Lead, and a dedicated Project Manager is added to the team.
|
I have over 12 years of outstanding experience designing, prototyping and leading the development of
cutting-edge software and systems. I have a proven track record of delivering complex software and
systems on time and budget. Please find my resume below.
We are looking forward to working with you on your critical and challenging project!
Thank you,

Complex, Innovative Software and Systems
We specialize in designing and developing exceedingly complex,
critical applications. We take on projects that require extreme
innovation and methodical problem solving. If you are attempting something that
has never been done before, we would love to hear from you. If you are not even
sure if it is feasible, that is even better. We love a challenge!
Design Suites
Building an application can be a complex endeavor.
Building an application factory or other design interface is substantially more complex.
We have extensive experience in building suites of sophisticated design tools,
powerful publishing systems, and WYSIWYG design studios.
Entertainment-Related Systems
Often the most innovative, audacious systems are developed to satisfy
the continual thirst for entertainment. We have expertise in developing
systems for casinos, sports venues, and movie theaters. We are experienced
in developing underlying technologies for film and other visual media.
Software development typically relies on an ability to understand
and mediate between business and technical requirements and constraints. For
entertainment-related systems success relies on a more complex bridge, between
the business, the technical and the creative spheres. We excel at these kinds of projects.
Modeling and Simulations
We have very unique and specialized experience developing modeling applications
and simulation software. Our areas of expertise include large-scale training
simulations, a variety of 3D scanning, 2D to 3D extrapolation, computer vision, and motion capture
solutions, and modeling solutions that leverage OpenGL or leading tools like Maya
and 3D Studio Max.
Expert and Adaptive Systems
Our experience building expert systems goes back over a decade. We can develop
systems that perform real, complex, nuanced tasks, and learn from feedback over time.
We have developed expert and adaptive systems that work autonomously for as long
as 18 months, perform tasks involving large financial transactions, and learn
from feedback provided at the end of the process. We have invented
specific technologies and methodologies too support the complex,
adaptive grading algorithms required for these types of systems.
