We are looking for an outstanding Senior Accountant to participate in the preparation of financial statements and analyze financial and business results to facilitate decision making at the executive level.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain financial and operational performance analysis to improve decision making at the executive level
• Prepare financial statements.
• Suggest and implement improvements and efficiencies in the accounting processes
• Analyze financial and operational results to discover and implement ways to increase earnings
Qualifications and Requirements:
Experience:
• At least 4 years experience in a fast-paced accounting and/or finance department
• Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or accounting
• CPA preferred, MBA a plus
Skills:
• Expert Excel modeling skills
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications
• At least 4 years experience working with accounting systems (Navision preferred)
• Demonstrated working knowledge of accounting theory and practice
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work independently, problem solve, work under pressure and obtain results quickly while juggling many competing priorities/strategic and tactical.
• Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to meet required time frames
