Toyota Material Handling located in Hayward is seeking an exceptional hands-on, take charge Finance/Accounting professional to work in a fast-paced corporate Finance Department. Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
• General Ledger Accounting
• G/L analysis & reconciliation
• Fixed Asset Accounting & Deprecation Schedule
• Prepare and Review Journal Entries & Accruals
• Month-end Close
• Inventory Reconciliation
• Monthly Account Reconciliations
• Business to business collections
Must possess and be able to demonstrate these qualities:
• Very detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Strong solution-focused problem solving skills
• Advanced computer skills, in Excel and Access
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting
• 3+ years experience in Accounting
• Research and auditing experience preferred
• Inventory experience a plus
• Experience with Crystal Reports, SAP, NDS software a plus
