I think we should send illegal immigrants home, I don't care whether they are Irish, Chinese or Mexican. No, I don't hate any of these races / ethnicities, but I am so TIRED of hearing advocates cry like bitches about their 'rights' as illegal immigrants. They are here ILLEGALLY. Deport them. Yes, it is that easy to understand. After they go back, they can then attempt to get to the USA again through legal means. Also, can we put a stop to new legal immigrants BRINGING THEIR RELATIVES over here! WTF is up with that!?
This country should institute a guest worker program, funded by the same corporations who lobby for H1-B, poultry workers, agriculture, etc etc. They benefit, they should pay.
Also, every day in downtown SF I notice what are commonly referred to as "hardhats" working construction. All over the damn place. These dudes (usually white and black) work hard, and they tend to get paid well. So, there is NO SHORTAGE of qualified workers in the USA. Furthermore, most of these guys at least are 'acculturated' into society, more than we can say for illegals.
