The Ziba Group is partnering with Philips to host a truly unique recruiting event to be held on the Philips campus in late March. This is an invitation-only event, open to industry professionals selected by The Ziba Group in advance to attend. Both the President and COO of Philips will speak at the event, and there will be a product demonstration to provide a glimpse into how Philips has redefined the IT healthcare landscape. Following the presentations, you will mingle with Philips hiring managers and engineers while enjoying complimentary food and beverages. This is an evening you won’t want to miss! The event is limited to a select number of attendees, so we will need to choose qualified candidates on a first come-first served basis!
I. User Interface/ Client Engineering Positions – Primarily responsible for design and coding of product client application.
Required Experience –
· Developing multi-threaded thick client application using (Win32, MFC, C++) moving to (C# and XML, web services).
· Working with design patterns and frameworks
· Experience with information architecture and user interaction design
· Experience performing this work at a top 100 Microsoft ISV company.
II. Server and Database Engineering Positions– Primarily responsible for the design and development of product middle tier and back end layers.
Required Experience
· Experience architecting loosely coupled component services in either middle tier or database layer for complex, mission critical applications in a Microsoft environment (.Net / SQL Server)
· Server engineers should have experience utilizing or developing a variety of design patterns and frameworks, creating highly distributed, fault tolerant solutions, and have 5 years of hands-on-experience with UML, C# or C++.
· Database engineer needs experience architecting overall database design for process intensive, image oriented, highly available database solutions. Experience required in both data architecture and physical environment set up including replication, performance issue management and defining deployment, support and upgrade processes for hundreds of remote deployments.
III. Integration Engineering Positions – Primarily responsible for supporting customers, partners, and vendors in their efforts to integrate components and functionality with the main medical imaging product.
Required Experience
· Good customer relationship management skills
· 4+ years experience, with proven web-based development skills
· Significant experience using ActiveX/COM/IDispatch
· Scripting experience using Javascript and/or VBscript
· Prior Integration or professional services experience in a variety of capacities
IV Hosting Infrastructure Engineering Positions - Primarily responsible for the specification and implementation of highly available hosting infrastructure using with Microsoft technologies to host a custom built life critical medical application.
Required Experience
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft hosting technologies.
· Strong knowledge of secure web hosting and network deployments.
· Specification and implementation of enterprise storage solutions that scale to >1000TB (SAN/NAS/SAS/iSCSI)
· Develop system management best practices and migration strategies for automated remote deployment of more than 3000 servers in over 200 hospitals on Windows Server 2003 Platform (IIS, Active Directory, Group Policy).
· High Availability 99.99% (load-balancing and clustering)
· Service Level Agreement (SLA) guaranteed backup/disaster recovery
· Encoding best practices in tools and scripts to automate administrative tasks of the hosting infrastructure and managed applications using (.NET/JScript/VBScript).
V. Managed Services Engineering Positions - Primarily responsible for automating the management and implementation of customer deployments, including both client and server applications. This role involves designing and implementing new technology to more seamlessly roll out and manage customer implementations. Key areas include.
· Experience developing highly distributed application using C# and XML Web Services.
· Tiered remote monitoring frameworks utilizing event correlation and rules engines that proactive escalate events to a 24/7 technical support team or trigger custom actions automated system recovery and maintenance.
· Implementing federated identity and access management solutions to provide single sign on infrastructure for medical applications.
· Design and develop web portal solutions for business reports and internal monitoring tools utilizing ASP.NET and C#
· Developing Data Warehouses and data marts to store event data and support data mining. Data mining comprehensive event based datasets collected from over 200 hospitals that each log over 50 million events per year. Generate business reports such as billing, SLA compliance, customer-based system monitoring metrics.
