I have recently moved from San Diego to San Jose for new IT position. I am currently staying in Campbell (San Tomas Aquino & Campbell) and need to move this week. I would prefer to stay in CAMPBELL for the next 2-3 months before I get situated in the area. I am looking to sublease a furnished apt/house or rent a furnished room/bathroom with professional adults, quite place. I don't have a lot of stuff, but need a bed and table/chair to set up my computer and files. I am flexible on the rent. I have references if you like.
A bit about myself, I am a 50-year old (single male) Software professional. I am mature, progressive, socially and politically liberal and easy going, I recently moved from San Diego, after 30 years there. I don't do drugs but drink socially. I am a light OUTDOOR smoker ( you can definitely trust me on smoking outside of the house, not inside). I love Campbell and would prefer to stay in this area if possible...before exploring other areas.
