I am seeking a cleaning person to clean a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom flat in the Marina once a month. I'm not satisfied with the cleaning company that my tenants are using and offered to help them find a new person. Compensation: $65 per cleaning (approx. 2-3 hrs of work, once month)
Duties include:
- vacuuming and moping hardwood floors with great care
- cleaning bathroom
- surface cleaning kitchen top and floors
- dusting
