We are a plumbing company looking for the ideal individual who’s looking for a long-term position with a fast growing company.

Job Description:
Dispatchers’ schedule, and dispatch appointments to our bay area customers. They answer heavy incoming calls, while inputting customers’ information into our database. They contact customers if the technicians are running behind, or if they need to reschedule an appointment. After the appointment has been completed they follow up with customer to ensure satisfaction with the job completed or the estimate given.

Qualifications:
1. The ability to work independently
2. Fast Learning individual
3. Excellent verbal and writing skills
4. Must be respectful to a variety of customers
5. Ability to remain calm under stress
6. Excellent attendance and punctuality
7. Ability to type at least 30 wpm
8. Skilled at using MS Word and Excel
9. Ability to juggle multiple tasks at one time
10. Self-starter with ability to learn quickly and take direction

Responsibilities:
1. Great follow up on the phone and/or in mail in a professional manner.
2. Provide EXCELLENT communication within the office and customers.
3. Track customer satisfaction on jobs by calling and doing survey.
4. Input customers’ information, such as address and phone number into database.
5. Answer and direct calls in a professional and efficient manner.
