I am a real estate agent in San Francisco in dire need of an amazing professional/personal assistant. This position will begin as a temporary, part-time position which can very easily become a more permanent situation. Above all, I am looking for the right "fit". I need an individual who is: Trustworthy, dependable, honest, outgoing, self-motivated, detail-oriented, flexible, computer savvy, punctual, etc...
Responsibilities will include:
1)Organizing/maintaining files and database
2)Organizing/implementing monthly marketing program
3)Implementing systems in effort to keep me organized
4)Answering/Returning phone calls
5)Setting up professional/personal appointments
6)Errands such as picking up dry cleaning, shopping, dinner/travel reservations
7)Etc.
Qualified candidate MUST be computer proficient- Word,Excel,Quickbooks,Email,etc.
-MUST have own computer (preferably a laptop)and Cell phone
-MUST have own car and valid driver's license
-MUST have an upbeat personality and be easy to work with.
With all of that said, I am a very friendly and generous person. I will not be difficult to work for as long as you are helping to simplify my life. This position can turn into a great opportunity for the right candidate.
This position is entry-level for the most part. I prefer candidates to submit a cover letter which reveals personality, as well as a resume. I look forward to finding my "Right Hand".
