Seeking responsible self-starter interested in a career in the coffee industry to begin as assistant manager at Coffee to the People.
Applicants must have at least two years experience working as a barista and be willing to commit to Coffee to the People for a minimum of two years (as assistant manager the first year and hopefully as manager the second year). The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is passionate about coffee as well as social and environmental justice. You must possess strong organization, leadership, and communication skills, and be fully committed the success of the coffeehouse.
Coffee to the People is a family-owned coffeeshop in the Haight-Ashbury specializing is organic and fair trade coffee and teas that promotes personal and community empowerment.
