I want to remove 36 inches of a four foot high retaining wall so that I can build some new steps up a hillside. The section is at the END of the wall, not in the middle. The thickness is about 8 inches. I need the end to be reasonably flat which is why saw-cutting is needed rather than jack-hammering it off.
Can you rent me a saw-cutting machine or come do the job for me? Removal is not required. Am offering $150 if you do the job or $50 to rent the saw-cutter for concrete
