The San Jose Giants are currently scouting for Promotions Team Members to assist the Director of Corporate & Public Affairs with the execution of all in-park and plaza entertainment, which enhances the ballpark atmosphere and fan experience. Sample projects include: event planning, involvement in the team's community affairs initiative, corporate client servicing, and grassroots marketing. Interns will participate in off-site appearances spending an average of two days per week outside of the office at appearances with our Mobile Marketing Unit, mascot and occasionally our players. Each intern is expected to be available to work all home games. Primary responsibilities will include between inning promotions with the mascot, aired on the video scoreboard and off-site street team promotions. Duties will also include helping out at staffing a sales or marketing tables, visiting clients at their seats, or helping with pre-game, between inning and post-game activities.
