I own a marketing business in the San Francisco Bay Area that brokers cleaning contracts to the smaller mom and pop janitorial firms.
We are looking to hire two new sales reps and three new telemarketers who lives anywhere in the bay area!
These are both commission based positions, with the potential to earn quite a lot of money, so for all you paycheck-to-paycheck/hourly-rate type people, this is not for you. We want people who want to earn $100K - $250K per year.
We can show you the vehicle and how to get there.
Every company out there has their building cleaned. What varies from company to company is the frequency of the cleaning, the type of cleaning, and the number of people doing the cleaning.
Sometimes they call us right away, when their janitors stop doing good work, other times, they call us many months later, when their janitors retire, quit, or feel they are being charged too much for the level of service they are getting.
Most places of business already have a nightly cleaning crew they use to keep their buildings clean. We are giving them bids as we have the resources to do it better, possibly cheaper, or both.
Many times, these mom and pop cleaning companies don't have the necessary presentation/marketing skills to meet with clients and acquire new business. Even more often, they don't speak english. That's where we come in.
It is a great partnership because we are helping these janitors who have families in other countries which they need to send money to.
There are dozens of companies out there unhappy with their current cleaning service. We are calling all of them, and that would be your role in joining the company.
My business partner and I have many years experience cleaning restaurants, bars, offices, churches, schools, high-tech companies, basically anyplace that is big enough, and needs a nightly cleaning crew when all the employees go home after work each day.
