A State Farm office in Oakland is looking for the ideal candidate to join our team as a Sales/Service Representative. Our perfect match will be outgoing, energetic, smart, and willing to rise to new challenges. Team players are welcome. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
Increase the office sales production
Service existing clients and make new sales to existing clients
Perform marketing tasks and assist with internal service work
Work together with other team members to reach sales goals
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written skills
Prior customer service or sales experience
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Must be organized and be able to multitask
Willing to work with a team
Bi-Lingual - Spanish or Vietnamese speaking is a plus
Benefits include medical, paid vacation and lots of fun
Salary range is $25,000 - $35,000 with a bonus based on production
This position will require you to secure your insurnce license. Training will be provided on the job.
