COMMISSION BASED POSITION
Skin, Mind, Body Essentials, a developer and distributor of natural personal care and cosmecuetical products, is looking for energetic and motivated Sales Reps for its premier branded spa line, Lotus Moon Natural Skin Therapies, sold exclusively to spas and salons. This is an outside sales position, ideal for someone who is already repping and would like to add a new product line.
Lotus Moon Natural Skin Therapies has been receiving a tremendous amount of attention from the media and at tradeshows over the past year. This means that, although we are a small company right now, we are poised for dynamic growth -- we are looking for individuals who are up for the challenge and opportunity to grow with us. Consequently, opportunities for positions of responsibility will increase as well, affording an unprecedented ground-floor opportunity for those who may be interested in a long-term growth position.
Our company, based in northern California, is forward-thinking and dedicated to teaching our client base about toxic-free, environmentally-conscious products and lifestyles. We develop and distribute a safe and natural, honest, effective and clinical-strength product range that combines modern science with natural ingredients inspired by ancient cultures and traditions.
We have a highly successful business model and are now looking to expand that model throughout the West Coast. The position involves developing new accounts through staff training and on-site demos, developing new accounts according to an established strategy, and researching best venues for strengthening product/company identity such as tradeshows, cosmetology schools, womens health workshops, and other types of promotions.
Position Requirements:
Candidates must have 2+ years of successful direct sales experience working under quotas in a commissioned position
Self-motivated with the ability to maintain a high level of focus and enthusiasm, work independently and create effective correspondence
Must have a strong sales aptitude and be able to meet quotas
Dedication to quality and customer service is essential, as you must ensure a high quality customer experience at all times
Must be detail oriented and organized
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management and organization skills
Strong computer skills Word, Excel, Outlook
Must own computer
Must have reliable transportation
Candidate must be a self starter with strong work ethic
Knowledge of aromatherapy, ayurveda and/or other natural ingredients used in skin care products, helpful
Esthetician license preferred
A proven ability to build excellent, long term client relationships
Excellent phone manners and professional appearance
Ability to do presentations and close business in person
Must provide references
Ability to pass a thorough background check

Responsibilities:
As an Independent Sales Representative, you will be focused on building relationships with key decision makers in organizations within your territory.
You will be responsible for closing inbound customer calls, making outbound calls to pre-qualified prospects and making outbound cold calls
You will be responsible for a designated territory for which you will be establishing new accounts.
Weekly status reports are required
