The Online Sales Coordinator will assist the Inside Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager in managing the 。・northwest sales territory。ヲ and obtaining its associated revenue goals. The sales coordinator。ヲs primary role is to provide logistical and administrative support for the sales team to keep them operating as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Responsibilities:
ポ Support all activities of Account Executive, Regional/District Managers and Director within a specified Sales territory
ポ Manage reservations system in Oracle: searching for open reservations, and constantly making necessary changes to reservations in order to keep campaign reservations current and relevant
ポ Assist Account Executives in coordinating weekly pipeline and forecast, providing comprehensive status reports when needed
ポ Initiate phone calls with key agency and client contacts to coordinate campaign details
ポ Assist in proposal development as needed
ポ Track campaign activity by communicating with project managers and ad operations department
ポ Manage promotions for campaigns by submitting design and promotions requests, and working with members of the promotions team for scheduling and tracking of the promotion.
ポ Perform market research using tools such as Nelson/Net Ratings, GamerMetrics, ATA etc.
ポ Coordinate any sales mailings and sales/marketing efforts with Marketing and Research departments
ポ Maintain up to date knowledge of campaigns running including making adjustments to insertion orders and proposals
ポ Assist in development of ad tracking reports and in use of other campaign reporting tools
ポ Assist in arranging for and securing business meetings. Light coordination of travel arrangements.
ポ Maintain light knowledge of or curiosity for target industries, business trends and (west coast) market
ポ Own Campaign Management database, making all necessary adjustments to Insertion Orders in order to keep campaigns running smoothly
Qualifications and Expertise:
ポ 1-3 years in ad sales or related field, preferably online advertising.
ポ Experience in video gaming and or entertainment preferred but not required.
ポ Candidate should be enthusiastic and spirited, have a friendly disposition and a positive attitude.
ポ A successful candidate would possess strong communication skills, have good sense of self-initiative.
ポ Candidate should be detail-oriented, and have ability to work efficiently and carefully under often tight deadlines.
ポ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) and general computer skills required.
ポ Familiarity with additional programs (Filemaker, Oracle Applications, Photoshop) is a plus.
ポ Strong writing skills and creative thinking are a plus!
