Advantage Enterprises is a specialty outsourcing company providing managed print solutions for Fortune 1000 users of desktop and shared Hewlett Packard and Xerox printers and imaging equipment. We supply branded toners and deliver high-touch high-tech service, all in a bundled package. We are a profitable 17 year-old privately held company headquartered in South San Francisco, California with Operation Centers throughout the country.

We are actively seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. The Sales Account Manager will provide day-to-day total account relationship management to our current and prospective clients. The Sales Account Manager plays a critical role in building, solidifying, and enhancing our client relationships in order to retain existing revenue and identify opportunities for incremental business. An ability to focus on detail and accuracy is critical. Must be able to juggle multiple tasks to meet changing priorities. Must be able to effectively communicate externally with customers and vendors as well as internally with all center departments and operations teams.

The Sales Account Manager will support our CEO in the selling process by analyzing customer needs, generating and refining database reports and innovating and packaging sales and customer care materials. Selling and customer care activities include assessments of customer needs, producing regular periodic customer reviews and generalized sales support. This full-time position has a base salary with incentive compensation.

Responsibilities
-Communicate directly with our key client contacts to strengthen the businesses relationship.
-Support CEO in executing and evolving our sales strategy.
-Analyze prospective and current client data and produce finished sales and customer care materials in PowerPoint and Excel.
-Create and deliver presentations in support of overall sales efforts using tailored analysis.
-Visit prospective and current clients to perform needs assessments and to produce and deliver periodic printer usage assessments (some travel required).
-Develop and continuously improve custom analysis, reports, proposals and presentations that support the selling and renewal processes for our prospects and customers.

Qualifications
-Two years of sales / intensive customer-facing experience, preferably within a high-technology industry; printer and imaging equipment experience is a plus.
-Must have solid MS Excel/PowerPoint/Word skills and have solid knowledge of databases with database reporting skills a plus.
-Experience extracting data from internal and external on-line systems and producing, analyzing and creating sales, marketing and other documents in support of sales and customer care decision-making.
-Demonstrated professional communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external customers.
-Proven ability to effectively resolve issues in a timely manner.
-Must have a 4-year college degree.
-Excellent English verbal and written skills.
-Experience in successfully managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
-Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
