| So, if anyone has heard of this scam artist before, you may have read a few months back that he took money from me and molested me while doing a massage. Now he's done it again! Not to me, but to another naive young lady who trusted him and believed his promises of doing business together. He took money from her too! This is his modis operandi: In exchange for massages that you never receive, he asks you to pay his bills (his car payment, his phone bill, etc.)and then when you ask him to pay up, he disappears! Not only this, but he also has scammed a lady in Los Gatos by the name of Debbie who continually pays his bills. It is sad. He has been sued in small claims court before (many times - see www.sccaseinfo.org - click on "party and case type" and type in Royal Jacobs or The Royal Touch - you will see that he owes money all over the place!) He has burned a lot of bridges and now has left Los Gatos for places unknown. His phone is still working, however - (408) 876-7100. He doesn't even have a license to practice massage or teach anymore. He is dirty, uses filthy sheets, promises to cure and fix you and then takes off with your money! Don't let this man happen to you!!! He drives a dark blue Volkswagen Jetta. He is short, bald and usually walks around carrying a back pack. He is slovenly and usually seen wearing wrinkled clothes. Warn others of this man and stay away from him. He will someday reap what he sows.
