McDonald Ranch is a non profit organization teaching life skills to youth through their ongoing service work helping animas (hamsters thru horses) on a 55-acre working ranch.

Our site has a vintage 3 bedroom home used to house resident staff members and interns. We have a room with a connecting bathroom, a trailer, or a basement bedroom available for someone who would like to exchange cost of room, board and utilities for one of the following positions:
Housekeeping, cooking, errands (with some administration - print fold flyers, file, etc) ,
Ranch hand and landscape/gardener ,
Youth leader,
Equestrian trainer, caretaker,
Carpenter,
Applicants must be drug free, can only smoke outside, be an excellent role model for youth, able to provide clean driving record and clear extensive background check. We are an animal sanctuary so those who are here can not be allergic to cats, dogs, horses and/or other animals and must want to help animals.
