We are a well established, privately held construction (pavers) company operating in San Jose with an immediate opening for Retail Sales Representative for the sales and marketing efforts in our retail division in San Jose.
Job Requirements:
* Great organizational skills

* Outstanding communication skills with customer's and employees
* Excellent work attendance habits
* Flexible and willing to be trained for increased responsibility
* In-depth understanding and use of math
* Qualified candidates will have a minimum of one year industry experience (construction) or equivalent in a service related industry with working closely with an operations team to carry out sales objectives.
* High school diploma or GED required, AA or BA preferred.
* Provide quotations to contractors and customers as required. This includes preparing quotes and follow-up to determine status on all quotes.
* Attention to detail and a technical understanding of the product line after training.
* The individual we seek will work well with minimum supervision, be highly motivated, and possess excellent verbal and written skills in addition to great customer service skills. * That individual must be able to generate professional-quality, computer-generated quotes and proposals.
* Familiarity with the construction industry preferred.
* Good analytical, problem resolution and interpersonal skills
* Bi-Lingual (Spanish) required.
