South Bay Bathrooms is an established residential bathroom remodeling company serving Santa Clara County.
We are currently seeking an experienced Crew Leader to join our team.
The candidate will have a minimum of five years experience performing and/ or supervising residential remodeling construction with excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills. Other necessary skills include: supervising all on-site construction, including scheduling subcontractors, resolving day-to-day problems on the job site, and inspecting all work during construction to ensure compliance with plans and specifications. You must have a strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry and sheetrock. A valid drivers license, registered and insured truck and tools are required.
The Qualifications and Responsibilities needed for this position are:
- The skills to professionally complete a bathroom remodel to our high standards.
- Provide supervision and training in an effective and professional manner.
- Responsible for enforcing safety of the customer, job site and company employees on site.
- Communicate effectively with clients and management as needed.
- Read and follow plans, material lists, guidelines, and apply necessary timeline and schedule
deliveries.
- Identify extra work on projects, prepare and submit change order requests to management for
processing.
-Ability to effectively and expeditiously complete change order work .
The position requires:.
- Blue print reading skills.
- Good leadership and customer service skills.
- Able to work with management and other employees as a team.
