New Owners of 23 unit building in the Grand/Lake Merritt – Adams Point area seek live-in site manager. The site manager is responsible for:
1. Collecting rents
2. Showing open units and accepting applications
3. Managing tenant requests, work orders and complaints
4. Giving access to contractors for scheduled renovation work
5. Overseeing maintenance staff
6. Seeing that the property reflects the ‘Welcome Home” environment the owners wish to create
The site manager represents the management company and acts on our behalf. To best meet our needs the ideal candidate will be an individual who is available day hours or, a couple, one of whom is available during the day. This is a part time position with rent deduction in lieu of compensation.
