The Carneros Inn is looking for a polished, well spoken Reservation Agent to join our team. Hotel and computer experience a MUST for this entry level position! We are looking for someone who is highly organized, service oriented, warm, and professional. This person will be eager to join a team that strives for excellence and a service culture that provides sophistication without pretense. This person will understand our vision and mission and actively pursue the extraordinary on a daily basis.
ESSENTIAL PURPOSE: To provide first class service to guest requests for information. Answer all incoming calls from the PBX and dispatch to appropriate extensions. Support the Hotel’s room night and revenue goals of highest occupancy at highest room rate.
The Carneros Inn is located on 27 acres in the heart of Carneros, a region rich in agriculture and viticulture ideally situated between the Sonoma and Napa Valley’s. Designated an official American Viticultural Area in 1983, the natural boundaries of mountain ranges, the Bay, rivers and elevations combine to create a distinctive micro-destination.
