Requirements:
* Ph.D. or M.S. in CS, EE, Math or related field, or equivalent experience
* Experience in performance analysis and optimization.
* Experience in working with internals of various image processing algorithms.
* Significant knowledge of hardware architectures, particularly the x86 family.
* Significant knowledge of various Operating Systems.
* Significant knowledge of both peer-to-peer and client/server architectures.
* Significant knowledge of network protocols and transports.
* Significant knowledge of GPU architecture.
* Significant mathematical background to support 3D graphics and algorithm work.
* Self-motivated and have a strong work ethic.
* Ability for setting up and maintaining own development environment.
Desired Skills:
* 3D graphics application or driver development experience.
* Experience with kernel development and debug on Windows and/or Linux.
* Working experience in Windows platform, OpenGL or DirectX.
* Programming experience of extended Intel and AMD instructions set (SSE/3DNow).
* Experience with industrial R&D and software development in a team environment.

* Design and implement a platform for algorithm development.
