Are you looking for someone to help out with getting your children to and from activities this summer? Do you want a caring, loving interacting teacher to work with your child/children? Do you want more than just a babysitter?
I have been a Preschool Teacher for many years and love what I do. I work for a large, and very well-known, Preschool on the Peninsula and have a long list of parents requesting me as their childs teacher each year. I'm mature woman (not quite a granny), and am seeking to fill the summer hours with continued care of children but on a schedule different from the normal school year. Ideally, what I am looking for is to care for children from the ages of 4/5 to 6/7. Monday thru Friday. I can start as early as 7:00 am, but prefer to work no later than 5:00 pm. I am not a housekeeper.
I meet all childcare qualifications and possess a valid CA drivers license. I'm proud of being a driver in good standing with Allstate! I have only 3 seats in my car for young children, but feel that I can take on 2 families with similar needs. Share a granny!
When my children were young I took them on many "field trips" all around the Peninsula. Many of these outings were free or at a very low cost. I still love doing some of these things! I would be happy to explore my favorite places once again...but with your child or children. I will also be happy to get your child school ready for the next year by working with them on reading, writing or large or small motor coordination.

My rates vary depending on what you are looking for and number of children. I do require gas and mileage when travelling 15 miles outside of your home.
