TEC Accutite, an environmental engineering consulting and remediation services company located in South San Francisco, specializes in remediation solutions of underground storage tank releases, is seeking an experienced Environmental Remediation Field Technician to join our remediation team. Our staff is comprised of environmental and civil engineers, geologists, environmental scientists, construction managers, equipment operators, certified hazardous waste technicians, and administrative personnel.
A minimum of 2-5 years of experience related to underground storage tank remediation treatment system including installation, operation and sampling is required. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to contractor oversight, performing technical evaluations, field pilot testing, installation of new treatment systems, starting-up, operating, maintaining, and testing soil and groundwater remediation systems. Analyzing air samples and collecting soil and groundwater samples for monitoring and optimizing remediation system performance. Capable of air sampling with PIDs or FIDs. PLC programming capability is desirable. Troubleshoots electrical, mechanical, and plumbing components of remediation treatment systems is preferred.
Requirements:
OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER training is required along with a valid driver license.
